My landlord does not like to fix a thing, I've lived in my apt building for 13yrs and he has been letting alot of things go around here.I have not had electric in certain areas of my apt for a few months, the shower is broke been a lil over a year now.I need him to put in something under my kitchen sink because the plasters been getting all over my stored pots and pans. And to boot he rents to disrespectful people that make noise that I can hear all night.I've been woke up due to this at 4 am in the morning and wasn't able to get back to sleep because they kept stomping.I have had issues with them over the parking lot.Not to mention noise problems with previous tenants. And he has rented to drug users and dealers .How I know this is because people in this town know it as the "Drug building".He says he will talk to people about the noise but he has not because it continues.I will be looking for another place soon. They need to fine Landlords that are Slumlords at least that will teach them to do their responsibility.

My Landlord is rather considerate. He only fixes stuff if we ask him to.
