    I found the clip interesting as I listened to the diversity of each person's thoughts and ideas. I was most impressed with the suggestion of "Leadership from the top." All foundations are weakened when they becomes top heavy. Thank you Liberty Mutual Insurance for sponsoring The Responsibility Project.

    I couldn't agree more with the comment regarding "Leadership from the top down." I agree that the players education should be the first priority of the coaches and university, and not "wins"! Greed, fame and fortune is very debilitating and often clouds people's judgement, which is obviously the case in college atlethics.
